White boned Mediterranean sea bass baked whole in a light Mediterranean sauce with garlic, white wine, and fresh herbs. Presented and filleted at the table.
Ripiene Fiori di Zucca
Fresh zucchini flower stuffed with ricotta, herbs, and prosciutto, then lightly fried and served in a tomato and basil sauce.
